Most people focus on the food.
Almost nobody pays attention to the sauces.
A few tablespoons of the wrong sauce can turn a solid meal into a calorie bomb loaded with fat and sugar.
One of the easiest ways to make food prep sustainable is finding sauces that actually taste good without crushing your macros.
Some of my go-to’s:
🔥 Zabs – perfect kick of heat. Great on eggs, ground beef, and breakfast bowls.
🌿 Hank’s Cilanktro – one of my favorites. Tons of flavor, pairs amazing with Zabs, and works on just about everything.
🐔 Primal Kitchen Buffalo – the easiest way to make boring chicken taste like something you actually want to eat.
🥒 Dill Pickle Mustard – elite on tuna, burgers, and wraps.
🍚 Bachan’s – chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, rice bowls… pretty much everything. A little goes a long way.
The goal isn’t to suffer through your diet.
The goal is to build meals you can enjoy consistently.
