A little 6AM moment from last week that deserved a permanent spot on our feed. 🤍

A full house at The Lab—with one very tiny training partner along for the ride.

Sweet Walker James slept through the workout while Mom got in her second postnatal Reformer session with him in tow.

She trained with us throughout her pregnancy, and now we get to watch her return to movement in this new season of motherhood—with Walker right beside her.

Strong women. Supported motherhood. Thoughtful movement through every season of life.
