Yoga Fridays at Pans begins in October 💛

Let’s go outside. 🌿

Tucked just off Worth Avenue, Pan’s Garden is a half-acre oasis and Florida’s first all-native botanical garden. And on Friday mornings, it becomes one of our favorite ZenHippo classrooms.

Outdoor learning nurtures curiosity, creativity, confidence and sensory development while giving young children what they need most: space to move, notice, wonder and explore.

Fridays beginning in October

9:30 AM | Nature Sense | Ages 1–4
Sensory play, books, music + movement inspired by nature.

10:45 AM | Hippo Hop | Ages 1.5–4
Dance, music + movement to build rhythm, coordination and curiosity.

11:45 AM | Sunshine Yoga | Ages 2–5
Yoga + mindfulness through stories, games, music and movement.
