Celebrate the beauty of connection this Mother’s Day with a thoughtfully curated morning of movement and creativity on Saturday, May 9th at 10AM. Begin with a 45-minute Mommy & Me yoga experience led by Alison Berkery, designed for children ages 5–9 and their moms to move, breathe, and connect together in a playful yet grounding practice. This all-levels session offers a meaningful opportunity to slow down, be present, and share in the joy of mindful movement. Following yoga, enjoy a 30-minute interactive floral workshop with Ritual Design Florist, Treena Catalfamo, where each pair will design and build their own custom bouquet- an inspired hands-on experience celebrating creativity, beauty, and togetherness. Join us for this special Mother’s Day gathering created to nurture connection, spark creativity, and create lasting memories. $50 per mom & one child. $25 for each additional child.
