Today's workout 💪

We kicked things off with our back squat strength cycle, then turned up the intensity with 3 rounds of:
🔥 20 Burpee Box Jumps
🔥 20 DB Lunges

Safe to say, legs are feeling it! 😅😤 Every rep makes us a little stronger, and tackling tough workouts together makes it even better. Great job everyone 👏 👍

Thank you to everyone who dropped in and shared a workout with us. We loved getting to know you, cheering you on, and showing you what our community is all about.
