| COACHES SPOTLIGHT |

Meet Coach Lance Lamonte from Kajun Heat Volleyball Club! 🏐
Coach Lance has been coaching volleyball for approximately six years. His journey began in recreational volleyball after his daughter and stepdaughter became interested in the sport.

As he watched talented young players with limited opportunities to develop, Coach Lance saw a need… and that vision led to the creation of Kajun Heat Volleyball Club.

Today, he primarily coaches athletes in the 12U–15U age groups.

When asked what he finds most rewarding about coaching, Coach Lance shared: “The biggest reward is watching these young athletes grow, improve their skills and gain confidence both on and off the court.”

Thank you, Coach Lance, for investing in the next generation of volleyball players! Show him and Kajun Heat some love in the comments! 👏
