Meet Coach TaShara Ryder from Trinity Valley Jrs.! 👏
Coach TaShara has been coaching volleyball for 20 years, beginning her club coaching journey in 2006–2007 with Lake Country Jrs., where she coached 12U for two seasons. Today, she primarily coaches 15U–17U, continuing to develop athletes both on and off the court. 💙
When asked what she loves most about coaching, Coach TaShara shared:
"I think what I love most about coaching isn’t just winning matches, even though that's nice because I'm competitive. 😄 I love helping young women fall in love with the game I love so much. I also love helping young women grow into confident, resilient leaders both on and off the court."
