Muscle mass is a predictor of mortality💪 but building it takes work and effort. It doesn’t come in a package or a pill. There is no quick fix to increasing your muscle mass. It’s a choice of time, effort and commitment. Make that choice and just stick with it‼️
It really doesn’t have to be difficult, complicated or exhausting…but it has to be consistent and purposeful🙌🙌
