Do you ever look at CrossFit and think “I could never do that!”
The first pull up. The first box jump. The first time seeing a workout with way too much biking. 😅
The truth? Most people walk into CrossFit convinced there’s something they can’t do. Even athletes with years of experience have had movements that made them nervous.

Muscle isn’t built during the workout. It’s built when you recover from it.
If your goal is to gain muscle, focus on these 3 things:
✅Progressive overload
✅ Enough protein daily
✅ Consistent sleep and recovery
More workouts don’t always mean more results. The athletes who grow the most are usually the ones who recover the best.

A reminder: motivation is overrated.
Some days you’ll feel fired up. Some days you’ll feel tired, stressed, busy, and completely unmotivated.
The people who make progress aren’t motivated all the time. Those people have built the habit of showing up anyway.
