Heat warnings are a reminder: training hard also means training smart. ๐ฅ
Even with A/C at Gilson Strength Conditioning, athletes still need to prioritize hydration and recovery; especially during the summer months.
Bring your water bottle. Hydrate before, during, and after training. Pay attention to signs like dizziness, headaches, cramps, or nausea. And remember: consistency includes taking care of your body so you can keep showing up and putting in the work.
