One dress. One year. A whole lot of consistency. 💙
Laura bought this dress in March of last year.
She tried it on… and it was too tight, so it stayed in the closet.
A few months later, she walked through our doors.
Today, she put it back on—and not only did it fit, she actually had to tighten it.
This week she also hit a goal she’s been working toward for months: 20% body fat. 🎉
The best part? She didn’t get there by giving up her life.
She still enjoyed snacks.
She still ate out with her family.
She still made memories with her husband and three kids.
She just stayed consistent.
That’s what long-term success looks like. Not perfection. Not restriction. Just building habits you can actually sustain.

Happy 40th birthday, Lauren! 🎈🎉
A new decade is worth celebrating, and we couldn’t think of someone more deserving.
Lauren is the kind of person who makes our community better. She’s always organizing get-togethers, bringing people together outside the gym, and making everyone feel welcome with a smile.
Thank you for being such an important part of BSS and for helping make this community what it is. We hope your 40s are your strongest, happiest decade yet! 💙💪

One year.
This is Lorin holding all five of her kids a year ago… and today.
She’s been training with us for 3.5 years, and I continue to be amazed by her consistency.
Between raising five young kids and everything else life throws at their family, she and JJ have every excuse to put themselves last. They could wait until life slows down.
But they don’t.
They make it a priority.
That doesn’t mean it’s easy—it means they’ve decided their health is worth making time for.
I’m incredibly proud of Lorin and the example she’s setting for her kids. They’re growing up watching a mom who chooses to take care of herself, not because life is easy, but because her family deserves the healthiest version of her.
There will never be a perfect time.
Start where you are. Keep showing up. The results will come. 💙
Strength isn’t built overnight. It’s built by showing up, putting in the work, and doing it again tomorrow.
At BSS, we believe in hard work, consistency, and a community that pushes each other to be better every day.
