Oblique plank = where core strength meets control 🔥

This move is all about sculpting your waistline while building deep, functional strength. Think: strong, stable, and seriously toned.

✨ Focus points:
• Lift through the underside of your waist (don’t sink!)
• Stack shoulders directly over wrists or elbow
• Keep hips slightly forward for that deep oblique burn
• Move with control—no rushing here

You should feel this along the side body, not in your lower back 👏

• Heels grounded, toes energized

• Smooth, intentional movement (no rushing!)

STRONG FROM EVERY ANGLE 💪✨

Upper body burn and we felt every rep 🔥

Focused on biceps, back, and shoulders for that strong, sculpted, pulled-together feel… and of course, we finished it off with a 🔥 plank to seal the deal.

Think:
