We’re bringing the Apex community together for a challenging, team-style workout to raise awareness, support the fight, and show just how strong we are together.

Apparently Ed’s Long Island tour included a stop at Apex. 😂💪🏼

He came in to take ONE class… somehow ended up on the mic, hit the bike, squats, pull-ups & push-ups, took the group photo and was outside recruiting new members by the end of it. 😭
