The Big Dam Bridge 100 isn't about who finishes first—it's about enjoying every mile. Thanks to our friends at St. Vincent CHI Health for this reminder: make your health part of your ride plan.

• Train consistently
• Hydrate early and often
• Fuel wisely

• Make recovery a priority

Small habits make a big difference on the bike. Whether you’re training for the Big Dam Bridge 100 or just getting out for a weekend ride, consistency is what drives real progress—not occasional big efforts. A few simple reminders to keep you moving forward:

• Ride regularly, even if it’s short miles
• Build fitness gradually instead of chasing big jumps
• Mix in recovery rides to stay fresh
• Track progress over time, not day to day
• Enjoy the process—it’s what keeps you coming back

Ride steady. Stay consistent.

The BDB100 isn’t just a 105-mile ride. It’s a ride for everyone.

Whether you’re building fitness, coming back into cycling, or chasing a big personal challenge,
we’ve got a distance that fits your goals:

• 15 miles — perfect starter ride
• 26 miles — strong confidence-building step up
• 50 miles — endurance + challenge combined
• 75 miles — long-haul training ride for experienced cyclists
• 105 miles — the full Big Dam Bridge 100 experience

No matter your distance, you’re part of the same community, the same event, and the same finish line energy.

Find your ride. Join the 2026 BDB100.

It’s time.

The 2026 BDB100 Training Program is officially kicking off—and this is your invitation to join
the group from day one. Our first training ride and kickoff meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25 at 6:00 p.m. at Lost Forty Brewing (501 Byrd St, Little Rock), proudly sponsored by Garver and co-hosted by Lost Forty Brewing. It’s the best way to connect with fellow riders, set your goals, and get on a smart, structured path toward event-day readiness.

This year, we’re especially focused on helping riders targeting the 50-mile distance and below—whether you’re building confidence, increasing endurance, or stepping up to a longer ride than you’ve done before.

Whether you’re building base miles or sharpening up for longer distances, this program is designed to give you consistency, support, and momentum all season long.

Sign up here and join us from the start:

We’re proud to once again welcome Subaru of Little Rock as the Official Automobile of the 2026 BDB100. Even better—Subaru is continuing its commitment at one of the most iconic and challenging points on the course: the Wye Mountain Aid Station. This station has become more than a stop—it’s a moment of energy, encouragement, and community when riders need it most. Subaru’s continued support helps elevate that experience year after year.

Big miles. Big support. Big community.

Thank you, Subaru of Little Rock, for continuing to show up where it matters most.

What you see on event day is only part of the story. Behind the scenes, the 2026 Big Dam Bridge 100 is already taking shape—route planning, volunteer coordination, safety logistics, aid station prep, sponsor alignment, and hundreds of moving pieces working together long before the first rider rolls out. Not to mention plenty of Zoom calls.
It’s a massive community effort powered by people who care deeply about creating the best
possible experience for every rider. Thanks to our presenting sponsor, Arvest Bank, for the opportunity to produce the event. More to come as we build toward 2026.
