✨From August 2nd – August 7th at The Ice Ranch, female athletes (10U through 19U & Goaltenders) will take part in a high-performance week designed to transform their game on and off the ice.

• ⛸️ Daily On-Ice Skills: Power skating, edge work, stickhandling, quick-release shooting, and small-area tactical games.
• 🏋️‍♀️ Off-Ice Athletic Performance: Testing, injury screenings, deceleration, and plyometrics led by Performance Shift.
• 🧠 Mental Performance Workshops: Confidence, resilience, and focus seminars hosted by Fortitude.
• 🎓 Recruiting & Prep School Q&A: Featuring special guest speaker Chelsea Walkland (Former NCAA DI Colgate Assistant Coach / 19U Bishop Kearney Head Coach)!
• 🏆 Friday Showcase: Live full-ice tournament scrimmages complete with referees!
