WEDNESDAY WOW 💥
Meet Rachel - our YOUNGEST MissFit.
She’s 20… training for MissFits 50 on June 20th… and going for 25 miles. 🔥
And today?
She hit her LONGEST distance ever - 7 miles. 🙌
Something she’s never done before… and she showed up and DID IT.
(And yes… she’s my daughter… but I promise I’m NOT forcing her... okay, maybe just one uphill bike ride...😉)

WED WOW ✨ Lexie’s on a roll
1 year with us and she’s not slowing down 🔥
✔️ Crushed 30 workouts in 90 days (during travel, sickness & the holidays 😳)
✔️ Set a new goal: no eating past 9 PM (that's NOT easy on long days)!
✔️ Now habit-stacking with meal prep 2x/week

This week knocked me out 🤧
I’ve been sick… and some of my coaches too.
Missed workouts. Low energy. Just trying to get through the day.
Now I’m starting to feel better - but not 100%.
And this is where most women get stuck.
Not when they’re sick…
but in the days after, when everything feels off.
👉 I’m not 100%
👉 BUT I’m not letting this set me back
Especially with the MissFits 50 in 43 days
So I’m easing back in—not going all out.
That’s what tonight is about 👇
