✨ Always learning, always growing. ✨
This past weekend, Miss Brandi, Miss Amanda & Miss Mary had the incredible opportunity to attend the DanceOne Summit in New York City!
We trained and learned from some of the best in the industry, with educators and experts from across the United States and even Australia! 🇦🇺 Our classes covered an incredible range of topics; kinesthetics, dancer mental health, neuroscience and the dancer’s brain, college dance teams, contemporary, jazz, tap, choreography, teaching techniques and so much more.
We learned A LOT, laughed a lot, and came home feeling incredibly inspired. We were also lucky enough to attend the ACE Awards and watch an amazing night of choreography and talent…definitely another highlight of the weekend!
As teachers, we think it’s so important that we continue to be students, too. Dance is always evolving, and there is always more to learn; more ways to teach, connect with, challenge and support our dancers.
We’re excited to bring everything we learned (and all that inspiration!) back home to Studio B. 💜
The learning never stops….and we wouldn’t want it to.
