Caribbean Getaway

At the end of 2024 Stephanie and I have agreed to stop renting A Shore Thing - Long Beach as a short term rental. It has been a fun and exciting 10 years running A Shore Thing but we are getting older and are just exhausted.

If anyone is interested we will be renting the downstairs out beginning 1/1/2025 as a long term rental for $3,850 / month. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath lower duplex a block from the beach and a block from the vibrant 2nd street in Belmont Shore.

It will come with all the appliances but all the furniture will be sold.
