Libras. Lovers of beauty. Seekers of balance. Moms. Former corporate burnouts.

And we’re the two people who will hold you while you finally let that sh*t go and remember who you truly are.

Kelly is a sound healer, Reiki Master, and somatic yoga teacher. Blair is a Breathwork teacher and Reiki Master. Together we create space for healing that moves through your body, not just your mind.

We believe in magic and science — feet on the ground, heads in the sky, led by our hearts.

Breathe & RISE WUUM is our monthly gathering for women. Breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki — a spiritual workout that restores you on every level. A room full of women exhaling together. It’s healing magic amplified by feminine power.

Beauty & Balance is our retreat. Four days in Ojai, CA — October 8–11. Deep rest, healing, connection, and even a dance party under the stars to manifest under the Libra New Moon in the frequency of joy.

For the woman who gives everything to everyone and ends up last on her own list— this is where you come back to yourself.

We are conditioned to believe that strength is force or that power has to be loud or aggressive.

But my bowls have taught me an alternative way.

Strike a bowl too hard and the sound distorts— jarring, harsh, tense, fleeting. Approach it with grounded, gentle grace and the resonance becomes deep, beautiful and travels incredibly far.

That’s not a metaphor. That’s physics. And it’s the same principle that lives inside your body.

When we remain in hard and fast survival states, we distort. We burn out. We force. But when we allow ourselves to slow down and soften, the resonance within us deepens. Our energy stops leaking and starts flowing authentically.

Choosing to soften and open in a world that demands constant defense isn’t a weakness. It’s an act of profound courage. It’s the ultimate reclamation of your energy.

Your peace is your power. And a regulated nervous system is, and always will be, the most powerful instrument you own.

Witnessing the shift that takes place in a corporate sound bath always reminds me of the power of meditation and productive rest, especially in our work environments. Even a brief, mindful pause to reset and recharge allows us to show up better for ourselves and everyone around us.

When we let the nervous system exhale, stress releases, perspective shifts and focus returns. Ideas and communication flow easier. We stop reacting and start responding— from a fuller cup instead of a depleted one.

And teams don’t always need to retreat off-site to reset and find solutions. It doesn’t have to be complicated or fancy. Sometimes the best resets happen in the middle of a weekday afternoon, right from the community kitchen.
