Clydesdale Bikes

This is Anton, our 6'10" ambassador riding the 3XL Clydesdale BFG Gravel bike with 32 inch wheels. He makes it looks like a normal sized bike since the frame, wheels, and cranks are proportional to his size. We build the BFG in sizes from Medium to 4XL so anyone from 5'9" to 7'5" can enjoy 32 inch wheels. We think the benefits are most important to tall riders, but average sized riders enjoy the big wheels and their enhanced rolling speed over rough gravel terrain.

A service bike came in and when the bar tape was removed this is what the handlebar looked like. Much longer and it could have broken while riding. We recommend replacing bar tape every two seasons to avoid this situation!

Check out this brand new Clydesdale Team in a size Large. This one has Sram AXS 2x12 components and Mavic ALL Road SL wheels. It's got a custom anodize finish job and red accents for parts. Heading off to it's new home this week!

It’s been a couple of months since the new 4XL Clydesdale Draft arrived. It’s been absolutely great! I’m enjoying the longer cranks. I was a little concerned about knee pain, but the opposite has been true. Everything from clipping in to riding hills has felt more natural and more comfortable. I can really feel bigger muscles working in a new way.

Tall triathletes know that smaller athletes have inherent advantages over them on the run portion of the event and that it’s advantageous to gain as much time on lightweight runners as possible before donning running shoes.
