Sunset sessions are pretty hard to beat.

So grateful I get to help young athletes grow, not just as players but as people. Watching Abbey put in the work, build confidence, and get better every session has been so fun to watch. Her progress is stacking up every single day, and I couldn’t be more proud of her.

The little details in a change of direction can make a big difference.

Here, we’re working on staying more connected through the cut rather than reaching for the next step. This gives the athlete a better position to absorb and redirect force, maintain control, and efficiently re-accelerate into the new direction.

It’s not just about doing the drill. It’s about understanding how and why we move.
