2027 NON-RESIDENT RECREATIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
Beginning September 16, 2026, Wellington Community’s 2027 Non-Resident Recreational Memberships will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Membership is strictly limited to 100 families - no exceptions.
2027 SEASON PRICING:
September 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026: $800
November 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027: $900
February 1, 2027, and later: $1,000
Membership includes up to five household members. Each additional household member is $100. All household members must be listed, regardless of age, and proof of residency and a headshot photo are required for each person.
To secure your membership, please submit a completed and signed 2027 Non-Resident Member Agreement, along with payment by check, money order, or cashier’s check, payable to Wellington Community Association.

Important notes:
- All household members must be listed, regardless of age.
- Proof of residency and a headshot photo will be required for any listed household members.
- Membership includes up to five household members. Each additional household member is $100.
- Access to events is determined on an event-by-event basis. When access is permitted, an admission fee may apply.
- The Wellington Pool will be closed to non-resident members on July 4.
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, non-resident members may bring up to four (4) guests to the pool per household. The fee is $10 per guest and must be paid in cash upon entry.
- Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, non-resident members may bring up to five guests to the pool per household per day at no charge.
