Let's be real — starting something new is hard. Showing up when you don't quite know what you're doing takes guts. This class exists for exactly that moment. Whether it's your first time on a mat or you've been at it a while and want to actually feel the foundations click — co-founder Cheryl has you. She built this studio on the belief that yoga belongs to everyone. Saturday, she's proving it.

🕊️ Lest We Forget.

Patanjali named Smriti — memory — as one of the five movements of the mind. Not a flaw to be corrected, but a natural arising to be witnessed. Today, we let it move through us with intention.

We remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country, and we stay present with what their sacrifice made possible — the freedom to gather, to breathe, to live fully in the ordinary moments they never got to have.
That is how we honor them. Not just by looking back, but by showing up — alive and awake — right now.

Trauma is hard to heal. TCTSY works. 🤍

If life has felt overwhelming — if you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, or trauma — this class was created for you.

Yoga for Regulating Your Nervous System with Anna is a small group practice (max 11 participants) rooted in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) — the only scientifically validated yoga-based intervention for complex trauma and chronic PTSD, and one of the top two PTSD treatments identified in a 2024 review of 988 studies.

This isn't a performance. There are no physical assists, no corrections, no pressure. Anna guides from her own mat, offering movement options accessible to everyone — including chair options and props — so you always have choices. Because choice is part of the healing.

You don't have to talk about your trauma. You don't have to relive it. You just have to show up. Whether you've never felt at home in a yoga class, are living with a disability, or simply need a safe place to begin reconnecting with your body — you belong here.
