Meet another lovely part of our admin team, Miss Tiana! Tiana has been a wonderful part of the My Gym team since 2025, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude to everything she does. She helps create a fun and welcoming environment for our families while also assisting with many behind-the-scenes tasks that help our gym run smoothly.

Tiana recently graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences and is transferring to George Mason University to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration. Her passion for helping others shines through both in her studies and in the care she brings to My Gym every day!

Outside of My Gym, Tiana enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and shopping. Growing up, her favorite movie was Spy Kids, and it still holds a special place in her heart today. Make sure to say hi to Miss Tiana next time you see her in the gym!

Meet part of our admin team, Miss Gracie! Gracie has been a part of the My Gym team since 2025. From helping coordinate our birthday parties to assisting our families with their accounts, Gracie plays a huge role in keeping everything running smoothly at the gym!
Gracie is currently attending George Mason University finishing up her Bachelor’s in Psychology. Outside of the gym, she loves going out for brunch, crocheting, attending concerts, and taking naps with her cat whenever she gets the chance!
Growing up, some of Gracie’s favorite movies were Tangled, The Princess Bride, and Scooby-Doo. Be sure to say hi to Miss Gracie next time you see her in the gym!

Meet our Assistant Director, Ale! Ale has been a valued part of the My Gym team since 2023, bringing kindness and patience to all that she meets. She plays an important role helping us grow and develop our amazing team and has become an incredible role model for both our staff and the kids!
Ale is currently in school studying education. She loves applying what she learns to help the kids grow, learn, and build confidence every day!
Outside of the gym, Ale is a talented Bolivian folkloric dancer who loves expressing herself through dance and staying connected to her culture. Her favorite movie growing up (and still today) is the 2002 Spider-Man.
