Hey, Everyone! I am sorry to say class is canceled tonight. In a suite now. I am in CA for a memorial for my sister-in-law.

It is 1am and I have switched hotel rooms 3 times due to noise since I got here (Hilton). I got in bed (again) and remembered the time difference so got up to post this for you.

My phone screen is flashing at me and I can barely see (maybe from stuffing in my backpack with charger on it to change rooms again), so please forgive any typos! Off to Verizon tomorrow BECAUSE I NEED TO GET HOME! 🫣

We're lookin' good for REFIT tonight! We had a blast last week and we're looking forward to seeing you again!

Side note: I had that FUN rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago, and I think after my fairly hard back workout last Tuesday, I may have pulled the tendon off the bone again.🙄👍 Sitting at the doc now and just had my first x-ray ... which shows nothing (like last time). MRI to come. So I probably won't be using my right arm TOO much. 🫣 I need this surgery ASAP so I can try to heal before my grandbaby arrives in August!👶🏼🌹 Prayers are always welcome! Thank you!
