That number stops people in their tracks, as it should. 🫣

When people lose weight — whether through diet, GLP-1 medications, or bariatric surgery — studies show that roughly 25-40% of the weight lost can come from lean tissue, not just body fat.

Why does that matter?👇
• Muscle helps support metabolism as you age
