That’s a wrap on our fall season at the "Welcome to our Fall Nightmare" tournament! 🥎🎃

We faced some top-notch competition this weekend, which showed us exactly where we stand and how far we need to go. But something special clicked for the girls over these games. They really opened up—the communication has increased, the trust is locked in, and the bonds have officially formed. They are truly playing as a team, and they’re just getting started.

We celebrated the weekend with smiles and Halloween pumpkin buckets filled with everyone's favorite candy 🍬

Now, it's time to put in the work at winter workouts.

The countdown is officially on for the Sunshine Classic tournament down in Clearwater!

Happy Halloween! Go Mystics! 👻

Listen, learn, execute.

Just another night building the standard rep by rep.

This is exactly what fall ball is built for.

A full weekend of growth for Mystics Fastpitch: pitchers worked through high-pressure counts, bats came alive at the plate, and players took on reps at both their primary and secondary positions with zero hesitation. We celebrated the highlights, owned the mistakes, and used every post-game huddle under the trees to get better as a unit.

Championships in the spring are won by the teams willing to do the uncomfortable learning in the fall. Proud of the grit, the energy from the dugout, and the commitment to development from every single player on this roster.

Back to the lab this week. 🥎💪

Monday Mania with Macie: unmatched energy, rapid reps, and zero excuses. 🥎

From machine velocity to precision tee mechanics and agility work, the squad brought the heat from the first whistle. Setting the standard early this week! 🔥

Championships aren’t won on tournament weekends—they’re built right here in the cages.

Another high-rep weekly session in the books for the Mystics. From breaking down tee mechanics and attack angles to driving balls with intent through front-toss stations, the focus in the tunnel never wavers. Big hits come from mastering the small details, and these girls continue to show up, listen, and put in the work every single week.
