Open to Everyone, age 12+

✨ THE VIBE
Unwind from the week and reset with a gentle, grounding yoga practice focused on stretching, relaxation, and mindful breathing. This series is designed to help you gently open your hip flexors, lengthen your hamstrings, traction your spine, and release accumulated tension. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or rolling out a mat for the very first time, all are welcome.

Advanced adult dancers with proficient pointe work are invited to join the upcoming Partnering Workshop on Saturday, October 17th.

This master class and partnering workshop is open to advanced adults and teens and will focus on mastery of mechanics of classical partnering such as promenades, turns and supported jumps. For those who are comfortable, stable, and strong on pointe, this is an opportunity to learn a new and fun skill.

Space is limited to ensure personalized attention.

Our Monday Adult Absolute Beginner Ballet is now full so we have added a second weekly class!

Join us on Thursdays at 7:45pm for a supportive, welcoming hour of movement, posture, and grace. It's never too late to learn—let's keep growing together. Whether you joined us in the summer or are jumping in for the very first time, this session is tailored for beginner adult students. We'll focus on foundational technique, building strength, and simply enjoying the beautiful art of ballet.

When: Thursdays @ 7:45 PM (Fall 1 Session, Sept 9th-Oct 15th)

Level: Absolute Beginner (No prior experience necessary!)

What to wear: Form-fitted clothing that allows you to move, or a standard leotard and tights, plus ballet slippers.

Intermediate and Advanced Adult Dancers are invited to perform in the Land of Sweets (Act 2) as Polish Chrusciki

The performances will take place on Weds, Dec 23rd at 5pm and 7:30pm and there will be a mandatory dress rehearsal on Tues, Dec 22nd - both at Molloy University, Madison Theater.
Rehearsals will take place on Sunday afternoons through the fall and a specific calendar is provided at the link below.

Spaces are limited. This role is non-pointe (character shoes needed)

This fall: Ultimate Flexibility Course

When:
Mondays, 8-8:30pm | Aug 31- Oct 12, or
Tuesdays, 9:30-10am | Sept 8 - Oct 13, or
Wednesdays, 6:30-7pm | Sept 2 - Oct 7

Targeting:
Hip Mobility: freeing your deep rotators and hip capsule so your turnout and splits feel open without forcing.
Pancaking: improving adductor glide and spinal flexion through active engagement.
Front Split: balancing hip extension and hamstring length on both sides. Middle Split: developing lateral strength and deep pelvic stability.

The Kineto-Flex module will train, not only your muscles, but also your nervous system. You’ll use techniques like nerve flossing, isometric holds, and contract–relax activation to help your brain release protective tension. That’s how you'll achieve long-term flexibility, through trust, not force.

What to expect:
This course is built specifically for adults with zero prior experience. We’ll break down the basics of posture, foot positions, and barre work in a supportive, judgment-free environment. This course will give you the building blocks to advance into other classes.

We will use PBT during class and barre work to enhance your understanding of muscle memory, muscle engagement and how to get the most out of your barre work.
