How to organize your workout routine during the week
There are several factors that must be taken into account when organizing a training routine for a client, they are: current periodization, current fitness level of the client, specific goals, body type, weekly frequency, availability of time in the day, muscle recovery , injuries (if any) and also preferences, because in my opinion, training needs to be pleasurable, the client needs to enjoy doing it.
I will share some possible weekly organizations for you to have an idea of how this planning can be done within a period. (Seek a professional to help you with this, don't do it yourself.)
