This month's chef specials have arrived!

🐟 European Seabass – Herb-poached seabass with Mediterranean couscous, wilted spinach, creamy tzatziki beurre blanc, garlic chips, and fresh dill.

🥩 Beef Carpaccio – Pepper-crusted tenderloin with mesclun greens, crispy fried capers, confit shallots, toasted pine nuts, and thyme-garlic infused oil.

🍔 WTX Chopped Cheese – A West Texas twist on a New York favorite, loaded with melted American cheese, fresh toppings, caramelized jalapeños, and Dijon aioli on a toasted hoagie roll.
