Hampshire Hills offers a vast array of sports, group fitness classes, and athletic training options making it easy to find the perfect workout and exercise program for you. You will find both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts at Hampshire Hills as well as sports fields, walking trails, basketball gym, climbing wall, group exercise classes, indoor tracks, yoga, Pilates, Barre, the Fitness Center, summer day camps and sports camps, and more. Hampshire Hills also includes The Hills Restaurant, The Cafe, The Event Center at Hampshire Hills, The Salon at Hampshire Hills, and Elliot Hospital Physical Therapy Center.

We are incredibly proud to announce that Hampshire Hills has received a 2026 USTA Outstanding Facility Award! 
As a small business and a multi-recreational facility specializing in many areas of wellness, we are especially honored to be recognized for our outstanding tennis facilities and programs.
Hampshire Hills is proud to offer 4 newly renovated indoor tennis courts and 2 dedicated indoor pickleball courts. We also have 6 outdoor har tru courts.
But our facilities are only part of what makes our racquet sports community so special. We are fortunate to have an incredible team of staff who take our racquet sports programming to the next level.
Tennis continues to grow at Hampshire Hills, and it has been wonderful to see such a boom in our youth programs, including Red Ball, Orange Ball, and Green Ball. Our Tennis Aerobics program continues to be an adult favorite, and we love seeing both new and returning faces back on the courts.
Tennis truly is a lifelong sport, offering countless physical, mental, and social benefits at every age.
