Lumos7 Pilates

Happy birthday Kendahl!

We currently offer three class levels at Lumos7 - Dig Deep, Multilevel and Intermediate. In a multilevel class, you should know how to set up your reformer/tower, be able to stand and high kneel on a moving carriage, be able to hold a plank for an extended time on your knees or toes, bear weight on your wrists, and know your exercise modifications and be able to implement them on your own. You should also have a basic/fundamental understanding of Pilates principles and how to apply them to exercises.

Multilevel includes Athletic and Multilevel classes.
