Speaking of childhood memories, we talked about how Richard Marx and his music was such a big part of growing up for us. Yes — for some reason — his ballads seemed to be a big part of growing up in many southeast Asian immigrant homes, regardless of what generation. “He was our introduction to American music,” she said.

The International Institute of Minnesota is relieved and cautiously optimistic about the announcement of the conclusion of Operation Metro Surge and the removal of thousands of federal immigration agents from the Twin Cities.
