Congratulations to St. Xavier and Morgan Natanek for winning the CCAC conference softball tournament. Morgan was 2-3 with 4 RBI. What were the two biggest changes Morgan made to her swing: 1. Understanding how to be on time to swing. 2. Improving the sequence, allowing the back half to lead the way.

Lesson progression = on field success! Lexi’s first lesson was filled with off the charts barrel speed and exit velocity, but the barrel direction was often pull side. An adjustment to the sequencing of the swing has allowed for adjustability, and the ability to cover the entire plate. No doubt Lexi is going to see more success moving forward!
