Marine Mud Run

We wish to thank Brendan "Goody" for bringing his firetruck! This is to hose off runners at the end.

"If it's not raining, we ain't training!" Favorite Marine Corps saying.

Weather report calls for rain on Sat. Rain is water and will help make more mud. Which means we're still running on Sat. The only thing that will stop us is lightning.

FAQ
Q: When can I pickup my race packet and turn-in my waiver?
Ans: Packet pickup is from 7-8:30 am, Sat, Jul 26th.
Q: When does my heat start?
Ans: The 1st heat starts at 9 am, and the other heats go every 15 minutes. If we don't have a lot of registered runners for a heat, we may send the next heat sooner.
Q: If I pre-registered, do I need to be there at 7 am?
Ans: Registered runners can check-in btwn 7-8:30 am. Safety brief starts at 8:30 and all runners need to be there for it.

Thanks to Johhny, Jodie, Romeu, Betty and her husband, and Marine Recruiters, who all came out on Sunday to add the finishing touches to the course. Obstacles repaired and weeds cut. On Friday, we'll add water and mix to create mud.

We want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Johhny Munoz! He weeded the entire course over several days. He's also a disabled Vet who shouldn't be out there. Jodie and Sam joined him on Sat to finish getting the course ready.
