Freeheelin' fun! This fun series consists of six evening dual slalom tele races held at Missoula’s Montana Snowbowl. Races take place each Thursday night at 7pm.

Hello, All you beautiful Telemarkers! This is your Tuesday reminder to get your rosters to Rugh! email [email protected] The theme this week is Rainbow Sparkle Unicorn! If you have any swag donations, please bring them up to W***y at the races! This year, the final party will be held on FRIDAY, Feb. 21st! This is a super fun night with races, demos, a DJ, pizza, and salad. You are absolutely welcome to bring friends to celebrate and cheer on the racers (the only caveat is they need to buy their own pizza). We will start the evening off a little earlier than usual. Try to be up at Snowbowl by 5:30 for help with set-up and THE HUMAN TELE SLALOM. What is the Human Slalom? Check out this video from last year

What a FUN night of racing! There were fantastic costumes, fast times, epic wipe-outs, and shenanigans! To check out the results, head over to https://www.telerace.org/. We want to shout out to Bishop Telemark for sponsoring the UM University of Montana Telemark Skiing Club this season! They have sent several pairs of skis you can demo at the races (with bindings that will fit 75mm and NTN). AND the Bishop Telemark crew plans to be at our finals with MORE demo gear!

We have decided to start the races at 6:30. To help ensure that this happens, please check in and be ready to ski by then. Also, we would like to ask each team to help with gate setup and take down. Next week, New Fields has offered to be our support staff! (Give it up for NEW FIEDLS!! WHOOOOP WHOOOP)

Missoula Telemark Challenge 2025 Begins TONIGHT!!!!
Tonight is the seed race. This is a one-and-done, single-racer event. We plan to kick things off by 7:00 pm. To help things run smoothly, please,
1. Have your teammates sign this waiver: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/osauqe2tnekudj3wsswnmz/web/
2. Email [email protected] with tonight's roster (if you haven't already registered).
Additionally,
1. Mark your calendars for the tele race dates. We will ask that team captains send their rosters to THIS EMAIL no later than Tuesday before a race. This will give the AMAZING Beth and Dave Rugh time to create the roster!
