As many of you know Kirsten is in Cozumel, Mexico teaching with Fit Bodies, Inc! This is the first time of all of her trips that Moms, Dads and kiddos have taken her classes! Pilates is for every body!!!

We are so excited to announce that Maddie is joining our team! She just completed her classical comprehensive Level 1 training with our friend and collegue Juanita in Helena. Congrats Maddie! 🫶 She is now diving in to Level 2 training/repertoire. She will be offering discounted sessions as a Level 1 certified instructor. Stay tuned for more info.
