These two have been putting in the work week after week, consistently showing up and challenging themselves to get stronger, faster, and more confident. Yesterday, all that hard work paid off in a big way!
Out of all the Woman's Doubles teams that competed yesterday, Amanda and Emily took 1st place on the Sled Push ππ₯. We know this is an area they've been focused on improving, and to see them push themselves beyond their comfort zone and achieve this result is something we're incredibly proud of.
It's not just about the finish lineβit's about the commitment, determination, and growth that happens along the way. Amanda and Emily are a perfect example of what can happen when you trust the process and put in the work.
