A long day at the ballfield that unfortunately didn’t end how we wanted. The girls started early this morning with hot bats, going 2-0 in pool play and earning the #1 seed heading into bracket play. That meant a six-hour break, and we just couldn’t get things going again when we got back on the field.

Still proud of these girls and the work they put in. Plenty to learn from today as we get ready for the next one!

Day 2 didn’t end the way we wanted, dropping both games today, but we still walk away finishing 3rd out of 16 teams.

There were some valuable lessons learned today, and we know exactly what we need to work on. Proud of the fight these girls showed all weekend.

Wins are fun, but days like today are where teams grow. We’ll learn from it, push each other, put in the work, and come back stronger together.

One team. One goal. Keep working. Keep growing.

What a day for these girls! 🥎

They played their hearts out today, and it showed on the field. We came out of the gate ready and never let up.

We finished pool play 2-0, allowing just 1 run to secure the #1 seed. We carried that momentum into bracket play, where the girls battled back from a 1-0 deficit against a solid TN Mojo team to earn the 4-2 win.

3-0 on the day and only 3 runs allowed!

🥎 Game 2

The day ended a little earlier than we wanted, losing in the Gold Semi Finals but we had some positives throughout the day between timely hits and good pitching.

Congrats to pitcher Kaylee Perryman (2029) and her catcher Peyton Cheek (2029) on their 3-0 shutout in our first bracket game.

💣 Aleah Hickerson (2029) solo HR in our first bracket game as well.
