Curious what our actual pole DANCE classes are like? It’s low pressure. On the ground. With prompts and encouragement the whole way! People always tell me they aren’t coordinated enough. It’s a skill just like anything else. Sometimes you have to get over the fear of looking silly and just try. These are hands down my favorite classes. Heels are optional. We also have a heel cart in the studio that you can borrow heels if you don’t own a pair yet. We also sell pleasers in the studio. And if heels just aren’t your vibe. Wear socks. They glide too.

So stoked for another amazing group of Baddies who completed our 4 Week Intro to Pole Series this past Sunday! This program is meant for the beginner who is either unsure how to start, wants progressions in order, or just wants to see the same familiar faces for a few weeks in a row. Thank you so much to everyone who came to the studio tonight to support our amazing students. Thank you to our students who volunteered and were brave and did amazing in their performances. Thank you to the instructors especially Megan who worked with so many of our students on their pieces through privates and class routines and just encouraging students to perform. Thank you to this two students who brought us extra chairs so we would have close to 40 chairs. Which were filled and we had people standing. 🤯 Thank you to our photographer. Thank you to literally every person who stepped up to help in random ways. Thank you to the student gave me a sweet gift. And thank you to these amazing volunteers who volunteered not even knowing what I was going to put them up to. Thank you to the audience who cheered so loud for every soul! I’m so grateful that we have such an amazing community and it continues to grow and blossom is the most beautiful place. It’s loud it’s silly. It’s sexy. It’s all the things. The showcase was by far my favorite. It was just so much fun and I literally can’t wait until we do the next one. More info to come but it’s Jan 2nd.
