Breath-Led Vinyasa Flow with Mindful Holds

This class is a soulful fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, designed to connect breath with movement in a dynamic, flowing sequence. Each class begins with intentional grounding and gradually builds into fluid transitions that awaken the body and center the mind. While most movements flow rhythmically with the breath, some poses are held longer to deepen strength, alignment, and inner awareness.

Che'Reese guides students through this moving meditation with heart-centered presence, allowing space for release, self-discovery, and restoration. Expect to move, breathe, hold, and evolve—returning to yourself each time you step on the mat.
