Janay is offering a great Kundalini Yoga class tomorrow at 5:30pm - 6:45pm Eastern- you can participate in person or by using the virtual link! The class is beginner friendly and also great for experienced yogis.

We are open as usual now, returning to new normal after the flooding. Recovery and clean up will be ongoing for our community, but the studio was not flooded and is dry. We all benefit from breathing and practicing yoga, holding recovery and grief along with gratitude for each breath in the present moment.
