3️⃣ What have you learned/gained from Pvolve?
- I am learning how to properly engage my core to improve my posture and maintain a more neutral spine during my workouts, which is something I struggled with until I came to Pvolve!
4️⃣ What advice would you give to someone just get started?
- Building strength and muscular endurance is a marathon, not a sprint. Show up and stick with it, even when the workouts feel challenging! You will be so proud of the progress you’ve made!

Brittani embodies everything we have to offer here at Pvolve Murfreesboro. She shows up to class ready to take on every challenge & really push herself.
