The Quarry Golf Club, Naples

We were pleased to welcome Dr. Michael Hurdzan back to The Quarry this week as he continued work on the planning and design phases of our upcoming golf course regrassing project.

Dr. Hurdzan toured the course, evaluated current conditions, and collaborated with members of the Board, Regrassing Committee, and staff as plans continue to take shape.

Also on-site was Wiley Rivera of GreenScan 3D, utilizing advanced laser-scanning technology to create highly detailed digital models of our greens and surrounding complexes. This valuable data will help guide design decisions and ensure the project preserves the character of The Quarry while enhancing playability for years to come.

We look forward to sharing additional updates as the project progresses.

Our Board, Birdies & Burgers event was a tremendous success!

Members had the opportunity to hear directly from our Golf Course Superintendent and Architect about the exciting details behind our upcoming regrassing project. The evening included time out on the course, where attendees gained firsthand insight into the planned enhancements for several holes, followed by an engaging Q&A session with our Board.

With more than 200 members in attendance, the energy and enthusiasm were clear—our membership is informed, engaged, and fully supportive of the vision ahead.
