For those who haven't heard, we're adding a new classes to our schedule this summer! After a lot of planning, we are FINALLY starting our Living Legends class! Beginning on June 16th, we will hold class every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

THIS CLASS WILL ONLY BE FOR PEOPLE 65 YEARS AND OLDER.

These classes will focus on meeting people where they are and improving their mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health through functional movements.

IF SOMEONE CAN WALK, THEY ARE FIT ENOUGH TO JOIN THIS CLASS.

We are offering a free workshop at CrossFit Donelson for eligible individuals on Tuesday, June 9th at 10 a.m. In this session, we'll teach a few of the basic movements, such as standing up from a seated position or picking everyday objects up from the floor.

Mondays are always tough… make them better with a great workout.
