FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS ARE BACK! šŸˆ

To all the high school football players taking the field tonight—this is what you’ve worked for. The early mornings, long practices, hard workouts, and sacrifices all lead to nights like this. Play fast, play physical, trust your teammates, and represent your school and community with pride.

No2 Sports Performance wishes all players and coaches the best of luck this season. Stay healthy, compete hard, and enjoy every moment under those Friday Night Lights!

The lights are on. The stands are full. It’s time EAT. šŸˆšŸ¦¾

šŸ¦¾šŸ”„ Youth sports should be about development, growth, confidence, and having fun—not rushing kids to specialize before they’ve had the opportunity to become well-rounded athletes.

Playing multiple sports gives young athletes the opportunity to run, jump, throw, react, compete, communicate, and move their bodies in different ways. Each sport develops something different, and those skills can carry over when they return to their primary sport.

A baseball player can benefit from the footwork and conditioning of basketball. A basketball player can benefit from the speed and physicality of football. A football player can benefit from the coordination and explosiveness developed through baseball, soccer, or track.

Most importantly, young athletes need opportunities to COMPETE, HAVE FUN, and LOVE PLAYING SPORTS.

Development is a long-term process. There is plenty of time to specialize as athletes get older. While they’re young, encourage them to experience different sports, learn from different coaches, become great teammates, and build a strong athletic foundation.

Don’t rush the process. Build the athlete first. The sport-specific player will follow.

Let kids play. Let them compete. Let them develop. šŸ”„šŸ¦¾

Great group of young ladies right here. The Lady Lions CHS Lady Lions Basketball are ready for their season. Had so much fun with this group I may have to continue to help Coach them during the season. Can’t thank Coach Kelsie Gassen enough for believing in me and my program. Yes, it’s awesome to see athletes grow and get better every day, however, the bond i create with my players is exactly why i do what I do. Go get em Ladies. āœŒšŸ½šŸ¦¾

Hard work being displayed on the field. Cole Hudson worked hard all summer and here he is breaking a 70 yard touchdown for the 8th grade Wolves. Keep it up Cole. Future is bright young man. 🦾

Truly honored to go visit the Knights facility in Mandeville and talk about the future of these young athletes with Coach Jack Cressend, Coach Clinton Verbeek and Coach Tyler Naquin. The Knights staff is doing great things developing these young athletes and I couldn’t be more thankful to have them call me in and help be part of their programs future. Keep up the great work Coaches. These athletes are lucky to have men like you in their corner. Knights Knation Baseball
