My Burn journey began shortly after I graduated college and finished my 4.5-year career as a Division 1 field hockey student-athlete. For years, being active and competing at a high level was such a big part of my life, so stepping into the real world and my first full-time job left me feeling lost when it came to fitness and routine. I no longer had the structure of practices, lifting sessions, and constant training, and I struggled to find something that made me feel like myself again. Then one day, Burn Boot Camp popped up on my Instagram feed, and my friend and I decided to try the two-week trial. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, and I instantly loved the energy and community.
The workouts pushed me in ways I never expected outside of college athletics, and the coaches constantly encouraged me to become stronger physically and mentally. I loved having that same competitive feeling again, but in a new environment that still felt supportive and fun. One of my favorite parts of Burn has been the Focus Meetings and InBody scans, they gave me real insight into my progress and helped me stay accountable. Sitting down with Trainer and talking through my goals, especially creating a routine and nutrition plan specific to what my body needed daily, was something I really needed to help me feel like myself again.
Since starting at Burn, I’m down almost 20 pounds and I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have in a long time.

🚨SCHEDULE UPDATE🚨
We are so excited to announce that starting on 6/20, we will be adding a 7 AM Camp to our Saturday’s! There will be no Childwatch provided at this camp time. We hope you are just as pumped as we are about this😍
