In the 17 months since opening Balance, here's something I've learned:
Most people already know exercise is good for them.
The challenge isn't information.
The challenge is consistency.
Finding time.
Building a routine.
Starting again after a break.
Most people don't need another fitness tip.
They need a reason to begin again.
That's why this Saturday's Beginner Pilates: Start Here Pop-Up Class isn't about being perfect.
