Valerie combines psychiatry, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine to help women improve their mood, energy, and overall well-being. Her personalized, evidence-based approach addresses the connection between mental health and metabolism, creating care plans designed around each woman’s unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
Jessica Brandt, Health & Life Coach | Menopause Coaching Specialist. Jessica bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Through personalized coaching, practical strategies, and compassionate accountability, she helps women build sustainable habits that support their mood, metabolism, strength, and long-term wellness. After a 20 year career in organizational transformation, a few years ago she became a coach and applied those skills to the most complex systems of them all, midlife women.
Elizabeth Lauten, PT, DPT Monarch PT & Performance specializes in female pelvic health and perinatal physical therapy, helping women return to the activities they love. She brings advanced training in visceral-fascial mobilization, dry needling, and blood flow restriction to help clients recover, perform, and stay strong through every life stage, including the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause. As a USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, she also works with barbell and fitness athletes to build the pelvic health foundation that supports strength and performance.
