My girl Brooklyn is 8 today! One of Treetop Fitness's OGs and biggest fans (well she does wish I had time for more walks but in time)!

She may not lift the weights with us, but she's ALWAYS there for moral support and post-workout kisses.

Happy 8th Birthday to my sweet Brooklyn who vibrates in pure love and is a big part of my life.

Reflecting on this momentous launch day of Treetop Fitness has me sooo in my feels.

This was the very first video I recorded post onslaught of pain and chaos after making the decision to divorce my husband of 10 years. It was a few weeks before I started recognizing myself in the mirror again. Even more time before I felt ready to put the camera in front of my face and share my voice with the world.

Now, 9 months later, I continue to have a fire in my soul that burns solely to help the world. In my almost 43 years of life, I have learned so much. Most importantly, I have learned to lovingly speak up for myself, to not let others take away my power, and that I will spend the rest of my life encouraging others to be more authentically and unapologetically themselves.
