🥔 THE HAIRY BEAST... 🤣💜

I wasn't planning to cook today...it was simply too hot.

Then I noticed this forgotten sweet potato sitting on my counter.
It had sprouted into what could only be described as...

The Hairy Beast! 😂

Curiosity got the best of me.

As I looked closer, I realized life had already been growing...even without water. 🌱

Then I cut it open...

That color! 💜

A drizzle of olive oil, a little time in the oven, and it became a delicious dinner.

Sometimes the most ordinary things have the most extraordinary stories to tell—if we slow down long enough to notice.
