Trainer Highlight!
Emma is back at the studio for the summer!!
Some of you may know her already, Emma went through our teacher training program in 2024.
Emma has been training at a studio in Eau Claire as she goes to school for Kinesiology, specializing in exercise science!
Favorite summer activities: water skiing, beach days, long walks in the sun☀️
Fav Ice cream: half baked Ben and Jerry’s! 🍦
Favorite song recently: One of these nights, by the Eagles 🎵
Favorite thing about Pilates: “The way it has allowed me to move stronger and pain free through life everyday. Favorite part of teaching, however, is watching client’s confidence and strength in their movement grow overtime! “
You can train with Emma on Wednesdays for the Mat or Reformer class @4:30 & 5:30pm!
