Our final Graduating Senior Spotlight is Davis Thornton!
“From the moment she started at The Dance Club at just 15 months old as the “Me” in the “Mommy & Me” class, Davis was right where she belonged. Tagging along with her mom, Alli, she loved spending time in the studio helping “teach” classes and quickly fell in love with the magic of dance. Before long, she was ready for classes of her own, and she has been dancing ever since.
Over the years, Davis has cherished every team she has been part of, creating lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories along the way. Whether she is on stage or rehearsing alongside her teammates, she loves the joy, energy, and connection that dance brings. For Davis, dance is more than movement. It is a place where she can work through emotions and struggles, and where she feels confident, inspired, and completely herself.
Her favorite styles are jazz and contemporary, and she feels especially in her element performing powerful pieces choreographed by Joey Fakhrieh or Andy Pellick. Through dance, she has learned invaluable life lessons including resilience, teamwork, courage, dependability, hard work, and perseverance, lessons that will stay with her far beyond the studio.
Davis is excited to continue chasing her dreams in Fall 2026 at Pace University as part of the Commercial Dance program in New York City.
Her advice to younger dancers is to not let the little things steal their confidence or distract them from their goals. She encourages them to keep showing up, keep working hard, and trust the process because dedication will take them farther than they ever imagined.“
Congratulations , we are so happy for you and can’t wait to cheer you on at Pace!

Our next Graduating Senior Spotlight is Eva LeBlanc!
“Eva started attending Saturday morning ballet in Massachusetts when she was 5 years old. After moving to Utah at 7, she became a competitive dancer and has been passionate about it ever since. This is her first year at The Dance Club and she is so grateful for the incredible teachers, teammates, and training. She wishes she could have spent more time dancing at TDC but one year will have to do!!
Contemporary and ballet are tied for Eva’s favorite styles. She loves dancing because she can express her emotions and work hard. Pushing herself to be better energizes her and she is always wanting more.
The biggest life-lessons she has learned at TDC is to embrace change and to step out of her comfort zone. Eva plans to attend New York University Fall of 2026, pursuing a BFA in Dance at the Tisch School of the Arts. She is very excited for all that is to come…her advice to the younger dancers at TDC is to appreciate the time they have at The Dance Club as it is a amazing place to be. Eva has learned so much during her year at TDC and she is sad to see it end.“
Congratulations ._leblanc, we are so excited to watch all you do at NYU!
